Broccoli And Cheese Soup

  1. In a large saucepan, cook onion in margarine until tender. Stir in flour, salt and pepper until well blended.
  2. Add milk all at once.
  3. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly, about 1 minute.
  4. Add cheese and stir until melted.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. In medium saucepan, dissolve bouillon cubes in water.
  7. Bring to a boil, add broccoli and cook according to package directions; do not drain.
  8. Add broccoli and
  9. cooking liquid to cheese mixture; stir until well blended.
  10. Yields 5 (1 cup) servings.
