Beef And Macaroni Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Prepare macaroni according to package directions.
  3. Drain and return to cooking pot; set aside.
  4. In medium skillet over medium-high heat melt 1 tablespoon butter. Add beef and onion; cook about 2 minutes or until beef loses its pink color, stirring often.
  5. Drain off all fat.
  6. Stir tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper into meat mixture; bring to a boil.
  7. Reduce heat to low.
  8. Simmer uncovered 3 minutes; set aside.
