Quick Carbonara(Italian Ham Spaghetti)

  1. Brown bacon; drain, crumble and reserve.
  2. In electric frypan or large skillet, saute lightly the oil, butter, garlic and ham. Add cooked spaghetti, bacon, cheese, parsley, salt and pepper; stir well.
  3. Turn off heat.
  4. Pour beaten eggs over and quickly toss to coat spaghetti evenly.
  5. Add olives and pimentos, if desired. Serve at once.
  6. Makes 5 to 6 servings.
