Pat'S Pizza
- 1 pkg. pizza crust mix
- 1 lb. sausage
- 1/2 to 1 lb. ground beef
- sliced pepperoni
- chopped ham
- 8 oz. mushrooms
- chopped onions and green peppers
- 3/4 c. hot water
- 2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 8 oz. tomato sauce
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/4 tsp. basil
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- Cook sausage, ground beef, onions and peppers; drain well. Mix pizza crust mix with water and stir until blended.
- Form into a ball; cover and set in a warm place for 5 minutes.
- With greased fingers, press dough evenly onto a greased pan.
- For a chewy crust:
- bake lightly for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Mix spices with tomato sauce and spoon over crust.
- Top with meats, mushrooms and cheese. Bake at 500u0b0 for 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese melts and begins to brown.
- Warning:
- This makes a really thick and gooey pizza; forks needed!
