Mashed Potato Casserole

  1. Add potatoes and enough water to cover in 4 quart saucepan. Bring to boil.
  2. Reduce heat to medium; cook 25 to 30 minutes or until tender.
  3. Drain well.
  4. Mash potatoes, gradually stirring in salad dressing, cream cheese, onion powder, salt and pepper until light and fluffy.
  5. Spoon into 1 1/2 quart casserole.
  6. Sprinkle with paprika.
  7. Cover tightly and freeze.
  8. To serve, thaw casserole.
  9. Heat oven to 350u0b0.
  10. Bake
  11. 1-1 1/4 hours or until thoroughly heated.
  12. Serves 10 to 12.
  13. (Bake at 350u0b0 for 45 minutes if you don't freeze casserole.)
