Chipotle Mango Barbecue Sauce

  1. In a food processor fitted with a metal blade, combine ALL ingredients EXCEPT MANGO.
  2. Process until smooth, about 15 seconds.
  3. Scrape down sides with a rubber spatula.
  4. Pulse 2 or 3 times.
  5. Fold in diced mango and refrigerate overnight before using.
  6. Tastes great over pork.
