White Chocolate Cake

  1. Melt white chocolate

  4. water;
  5. allow

  7. cool. Cream butter and sugar
  8. togethertntil light and fluffy.
  9. Add egg yolks, one at a

  11. beating
  12. well after each addition. Add melted white chocolate and vanilla.
  13. Sift flour and baking soda together;
  14. add
  15. alternately
  16. with
  17. buttermilk
  18. to creamed mixture. Gently fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.tour in 3 greased and floured 9-inch layer
  19. cake pans.
  20. Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
  21. Cool.
