Butterscotch Fudge

  1. Use 8-inch square pan.
  2. Spread 1/2 cup evenly on bottom of pan; set aside.
  3. In a large saucepan, combine marshmallow cream, sugar, evaporated milk, butter and salt.
  4. Bring to full boil over moderate heat, stirring constantly.
  5. Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  6. Add butterscotch flavored morsels.
  7. Stir until morsels melt and mixture is well blended.
  8. Stir in orange extract and orange rind.
  9. Pour into prepared pan.
  10. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup chopped nuts on top.
  11. Chill in refrigerator until firm (about 2 hours).
