Spaghetti And Meat Sauce

  1. In a 5-quart Dutch oven, heat oil over medium heat.
  2. Add onion, garlic, parsley and ground beef; cook 10 minutes or until browned.
  3. In blender container, place 1 can of tomatoes; blend
  4. on high speed 30 seconds or until chopped.
  5. Hand squash the second can of tomatoes.
  6. Add to onion mixture.
  7. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  8. Bring to a boil.
  9. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, 1 to 3 hours.
  10. Serve over your favorite pasta.
