Goes On Anything Barbeque Sauce
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. catsup
- 1/3 c. water
- 1/8 c. cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. prepared brown mustard
- 2 Tbsp. lemon or orange juice
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. hot chili powder
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 tsp. Tabasco sauce (optional)
- Saute
- onion in 1 teaspoon diet
- or
- regular
- margarine. Add remaining ingredients and cook, simmer 25 minutes, blending well. Pour over chicken
- parts, chops, etc.
- if baking.
- Brush on grilled poultry
- or
- meat
- (for
- barbecue)turingtooking. Recipe is easily increased.
- May
- be
- madethead and stored in refrigerator up to 1 week.tay be frozen up to 3 months.
- Thaw before using at room temperature.
