Sour Cream Potato Salad

  1. Wash potatoes and cook in boiling salted water to cover 30 minutes or until tender; drain and cool completely.
  2. Peel and cube potatoes; combine potatoes, eggs and celery in large bowl; toss gently.
  3. Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, salad dressing, lemon juice, salt and pepper in small bowl; stir well.
  4. Pour over potato mixture, tossing gently.
  5. Cover and chill thoroughly.
  6. Just before serving, add relish and pimiento.
