Turkey And Carrots In Orange Sauce

  1. Heat oleo in medium skillet over medium-high heat until melted. Cook turkey in oleo mixture until brown.
  2. Place turkey and carrots in a shallow 2-quart casserole.
  3. Mix brown sugar and cornstarch in a small bowl.
  4. Stir in orange juice, garlic salt, basil and pepper. Pour over turkey and carrots.
  5. Add onion over top.
  6. Cover and bake at 350u0b0 about 1 1/4 hours or until carrots are done.
  7. Salt and pepper to taste.
