Drumstick Torte
- 2 c. vanilla or chocolate wafer crumbs
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 2/3 c. crushed peanuts
- 8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1/3 c. peanut butter
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 2 small pkg. instant chocolate pudding
- 3 c. milk
- 2 c. Cool Whip
- 1/3 c. chopped peanuts
- 1 chocolate candy bar, crushed or 1/3 c. chocolate crumbs
- Mix together vanilla or chocolate wafer crumbs, melted butter and peanuts.
- Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 10 minutes.
- Cool.
- Mix until smooth cream cheese, peanut butter and powdered sugar.
- After mixing until smooth, fold in Cool Whip. Pour over cooled wafer layer.
- Mix chocolate pudding with milk and pour over the previous layer.
- Spread Cool Whip on pudding layer; sprinkle nuts on top.
- Grate chocolate candy bar or crumbs on top of Cool Whip.
