Reese'S Cup Cheesecake
- 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 c. finely chopped peanuts
- 1/3 c. margarine, melted
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. chopped Reese's cups (can use candy bars instead)
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- Preheat oven to 325u0b0.
- Mix cracker crumbs, peanuts, margarine and 2 tablespoons sugar in small bowl.
- Press into 9-inch pan. Bake 10 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese, 3/4 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons flour and vanilla into large mixing bowl at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended.
- Add eggs and mix well.
- Toss peanut butter cups and 1 tablespoon flour in small bowl.
- Add to cream cheese mixture.
- Pour into crust.
- Bake 1 hour.
- Chill. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
