Five Cheese Spaghetti
- 1 lb. vermicelli spaghetti
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- 1 c. sharp Cheddar, shredded
- 1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 c. Provolone cheese, shredded
- 5 oz. smokey Cheddar, shredded (or 1 additional c. sharp Cheddar)
- 1 qt. milk
- paprika
- salt and pepper
- Cook and drain spaghetti.
- Mix cheeses together in bowl. Butter 9 x 13-inch dish.
- Sprinkle garlic, dry mustard and Worcestershire sauce on bottom of dish.
- Make 3 layers of spaghetti, salt and pepper, paprika, cheese and dot with butter. Pour milk over all.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350u0b0 for 20 minutes, stir from bottom, recover with foil, return to oven for 20 minutes.
- Stir and bake 15 minutes.
