Lasagne

  1. Brown meat and drain.
  2. Chop onions; add to meat.
  3. Add tomato sauce and paste.
  4. Chop the tomatoes and add them and juice to meat.
  5. Add remaining seasonings.
  6. Add seasonings to suit your taste.
  7. Simmer for 30 minutes.
  8. Cook lasagne noodles as directed. Put small amount of meat sauce on bottom of large baking dish. Layer noodles, meat, cottage cheese, Parmesan, Mozzarella, noodles, meat, etc.
  9. End with Parmesan cheese.
  10. Make 3 layers.
