Lasagne
- 2 lb. ground meat
- 2 onions
- 1 (12 oz.) can paste
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 2 cans tomatoes
- garlic powder
- parsley
- oregano
- salt and pepper
- sugar
- Italian seasoning
- lasagne noodles
- 16 oz. cottage cheese
- 16 oz. Mozzarella cheese
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
- Brown meat and drain.
- Chop onions; add to meat.
- Add tomato sauce and paste.
- Chop the tomatoes and add them and juice to meat.
- Add remaining seasonings.
- Add seasonings to suit your taste.
- Simmer for 30 minutes.
- Cook lasagne noodles as directed. Put small amount of meat sauce on bottom of large baking dish. Layer noodles, meat, cottage cheese, Parmesan, Mozzarella, noodles, meat, etc.
- End with Parmesan cheese.
- Make 3 layers.
