Lasagna

  1. Brown ground beef.
  2. Add oil, garlic, parsley flakes, basil or Italian seasoning, salt, tomatoes and tomato paste.
  3. Simmer for 1 hour.
  4. Cook noodles and a little salt.
  5. Add oil to water so noodles won't stick.
  6. Mix cottage cheese, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper and 2 tablespoons parsley flakes.
  7. Layer in pan the noodles, cheese mixture, meat sauce and top with Mozzarella cheese.
  8. Bake until cheese on top melts.
