Taco Pies

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Bake pie crust according to package directions, but cut baking time in half.
  3. In a large heavy skillet, over medium-high heat, cook ground beef until evenly brown; drain excess fat.
  4. Divide beans evenly into each pie shell, smearing over the bottoms and sides of partially baked shells. Spread a layer of ground beef over the beans, and top with the onion, crushed tortilla chips, and cheese.
  5. Bake 15 to 20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown, and the cheese is bubbly.
  6. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream and black olives.
