Fruit-And-Cereal Brunch Bread

  1. Combine first 2 ingredients in large bowl; let stand 5 minutes.
  2. Combine egg, oil and bananas.
  3. Add to cereal mixture. Combine 1 1/2 cups flour and next 5 ingredients.
  4. Add to cereal mixture, stirring just until moistened.
  5. Pour batter into greased 9-inch square pan.
  6. Combine brown sugar and next 2 ingredients. Cut in margarine until mixture resembles crumbs.
  7. Stir in pecans. Sprinkle over batter.
  8. Bake at 350u0b0 for about 40 minutes.
  9. Yields 9 servings.
