Chicken With Artichokes And Peas

  1. Combine flour, salt and pepper.
  2. Coat chicken strips with flour mixture.
  3. In a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat in hot olive oil, cook chicken until lightly browned, stirring frequently.
  4. Add broth, wine, artichokes and Prosciutto; heat to boiling.
  5. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Stir in peas; cook 5 minutes more or until chicken is fork-tender.
  7. Serves 6.
