Meatballs In Chili Sauce

  1. Soak tortillas in milk in a large bowl for 15 minutes.
  2. Mix in remaining ingredients, except taco sauce and broth.
  3. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls.
  4. Heat taco sauce and broth to boiling in a 10-inch skillet.
  5. Reduce heat.
  6. Add meatballs.
  7. Cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until done.
  8. Sprinkle with snipped parsley, if desired.
  9. Makes about 3 1/2 dozen meatballs.
