Amazin' Raisin Cake

• 3 c. unsifted flour
• 2 c. sugar
• 1 c. mayonnaise
• 1/3 c. milk
• 2 eggs
• 2 tsp. baking soda
• 1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
• 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
• 3 c. chopped, peeled apples
• 1 c. seedless raisins
• 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
• 2 c. whipped cream

9. speed, beat flour, sugar, mayonnaise, milk, egg, soda, cinnamon, salt, cloves and nutmeg, 2 minutes,

11. (Batter will be thick.) Stir in apples

19. Cool in pans 10 minutes.
20. Remove; cool, fill and frost with 2 cups whipped cream.
