Microwave Beef Stuffed Peppers

  1. Cut off tops of green peppers and remove seeds.
  2. Wash peppers. Combine egg, 3/4 cup spaghetti sauce and next 4 ingredients, stirring well.
  3. Stuff peppers with meat mixture and place peppers in a lightly greased 8-inch baking dish.
  4. Cover loosely with wax paper.
  5. Microwave on High 12 to 14 minutes giving dish a half turn after 6 minutes.
  6. Spoon a small amount of remaining spaghetti sauce over tops of peppers; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  7. Heat remaining spaghetti sauce and serve with peppers.
  8. Serves 4.
