Overnight Pasta Salad
- 1 c. tiny shell macaroni
- 2 c. shredded lettuce
- 2 boiled eggs, sliced
- 1 c. ham
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- dash of pepper sauce
- 1 c. frozen peas, thawed
- 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/2 c. salad dressing (Miracle Whip)
- 1/4 c. sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. chopped green onion
- paprika
- Cook macaroni; drain, rinse and cool.
- Shred lettuce in 2-quart casserole.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Top with macaroni.
- Add ham, peas and cheese.
- Combine salad dressing, sour cream, onion, mustard and pepper sauce.
- Spread over casserole and seal edges.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Sprinkle top with paprika.
- Toss before serving.
