Moist Bran Muffins

  1. Grind half the cereal in a food processor. Add the raisins and mix until chopped in small pieces. Mix this in a bowl with the rest of the cereal, and the next five ingredients.
  2. Mix together the rest of the ingredients, excluding the raw sugar. Mix with the dry ingredients just until combined.
  3. Fill lined or greased muffin tins just over halfway. Sprinkle with raw sugar. Bake at 400 degrees for 18 minutes.
