Microwave Stuffed Cabbage

  1. Place cabbage and 1/2 cup water in casserole, cover and microwave 10 minutes.
  2. Drain.
  3. Mix meat, egg, rice, onion, spices, pepper sauce and 1/4 cup of tomato sauce.
  4. Place 1/4 cup mixture on each leaf and roll up.
  5. Mix remaining sauce, paste, water, sugar and basil.
  6. Pour over rolls and cover.
  7. Microwave at Medium-high for 25 minutes, moving rolls from center to side halfway through.
