  1. Brown first 4 ingredients until tender, but not brown.
  2. Add tomatoes and soup.
  3. Cook 30 minutes.
  4. Season with seasonings and brown sugar.
  5. Before removing from heat, add mushrooms and olives. Add to cooked noodles; mix well and put in casserole.
  6. Top with cheese.
  7. Place in hot oven 20 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Serves 10 generously.
