Quick Stir-Fry

  1. Heat skillet to medium-high heat.
  2. Add oil and when sizzling hot, add meat, vegetables, garlic and ginger and stir-fry until meat is done and vegetables are tender-crisp.
  3. Blend cornstarch with chicken broth or with bouillon and water.
  4. Stir into meat and vegetable mixture.
  5. Add soy sauce and reduce heat.
  6. Cook for 5 more minutes.
