Fruit Cake

  1. Heat oven to 275u0b0.
  2. Line 2 loaf pans with lightly greased parchment paper.
  3. Combine oil, sugar and eggs; beat 2 minutes.
  4. In large bowl, combine 1 cup flour with fruit and nuts.
  5. Sift remaining flour with baking powder and spices.
  6. Stir into oil mixture alternately with orange juice.
  7. Pour batter over fruit mixture.
  8. Blend well.
