Lemon Delight

  1. Mix 1 cup chopped pecans, flour and butter together.
  2. Put in 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 400u0b0 for 20 minutes.
  3. Let cool.
  4. Let cream cheese soften and cream together with powdered sugar.
  5. When blended, mix in 5 ounces of Cool Whip.
  6. Spread on top of cooled pecan mixture.
  7. Mix pudding mix, milk and vanilla together. Spread over cream cheese mixture.
  8. Let chill and then spread on remaining 3 ounces Cool Whip.
  9. Sprinkle chopped pecans on top. Keep refrigerated.
  10. Try coconut cream pudding instead of lemon. It's good also.
