  1. Thaw
  2. dough and allow
  3. to
  4. rise
  5. according
  6. totackage directions.
  7. Divide dough in
  8. halftnd set one portion aside. Turn out remaining dough
  9. on
  10. lightly
  11. floured
  12. surface.
  13. Roll into 10-inch circle.
  14. Combine
  15. eggtnd Parmesan cheese, stirring well.
  16. Spread 1/2 of
  17. egg
  18. mixturetver circle leaving a 1/2-inch margin at edge.
  19. Lay 1/2 pepperoni and 1/2 Mozzarella over egg mixture and sprinkle
  20. witht/2 of oregano and basil. Roll up jelly roll fashion.
  21. Seal
  22. edges
  23. and fold under ends. Transfer loaf, seam side
  24. down,
  25. to an ungreased baking sheet. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Brush top of loaf with egg. Bake at 375u0b0 for 30 minutes.
  26. Cut
  27. into slices and serve.
  28. May be served with a side of spaghetti sauce for dipping.
