Cranberry Delight

  1. Combine pineapple juice and water in a 2-quart saucepan.
  2. Heat to boiling.
  3. Remove from heat; add gelatin and stir until dissolved.
  4. Stir in cranberry sauce, lemon juice, lemon peel and nutmeg.
  5. Chill until mixture thickens, slightly.
  6. Add sour cream, stir until mixed thoroughly.
  7. Fold in pineapple and pecans.
  8. Pour into 8 cup mold.
  9. Chill until firm.
  10. Garnish with strawberries if desired.
  11. Serve.
