Hamburger-Corn Casserole
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. chopped pimiento
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 3 c. medium noodles
- 1 c. soft bread crumbs
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter
- Lightly brown ground beef.
- Add onion; cook until tender, but not brown.
- Add corn, soups, sour cream, pimento, salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Stir in noodles, cooked and drained.
- Pour into 2-quart casserole.
- Mix bread crumbs and 3 tablespoons melted butter; sprinkle over top.
- Bake in moderate oven, 350u0b0, for 30 minutes until hot.
