Grasshopper Pie

  1. Blend 1 1/2 cup crumbs with butter.
  2. Press into bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie pan.
  3. Dissolve gelatin, 1/4 cup sugar and salt in water in top of double boiler.
  4. Add well-beaten egg yolks; cook over hot water until thick.
  5. Cool; add creme de menthe and creme de cacao.
  6. Congeal until consistency of egg white.
  7. Beat egg whites until stiff; add remaining sugar.
  8. Fold into gelatin mixture.
  9. Fold in whipped cream and pour into crust.
  10. Top with remaining crumbs.
  11. Chill.
