Monterey Jack Salsa

  1. Mix Italian Dressing packet with vinegar, water and oil.
  2. Shake well and set side.
  3. Cut Monterey Jack Cheese into chunks and place in a blender a few at a time.
  4. Pulse and crumble cheese, dump into a medium size bowl.
  5. Repeat until all cheese is crumbled.
  6. Add chopped cilantro, tomatoes, scallions and can of chili's.
  7. Add in prepared Italian Dressing.
  8. Mix well and chill for at least an hour.
  9. Served best with Hint of Lime Tortilla chips.
