- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 tablespoons onion flakes
- 1/4 cup Bourbon
- 1/4 cup chicken broth, plus
- 2 tablespoons chicken broth
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- Whisk together the soy sauce, sweetener, garlic powder, ginger, onion flakes, bourbon and the 1/4 cup chicken broth (put the 2 tablespoons of chicken broth aside for later). Pour over the chicken pieces in a bowl and marinate in the refrigerator for 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
