Vegetarian Chili Cheese Mac

  1. heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Chop onion. Saute onion and garlic until soft.
  2. Coat slow cooker with cooking spray. Transfer onion mixture to cooker. Stir in tomatoes, beans, meal starters "meat", chili powder, cumin, marjoram and salt.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
  4. Boil pot of water and parcook macaroni for 5 minutes or until slightly flexible. Stir into cooker and cook for 1 to 1 1/2 more hours.
  5. stir in cheese and serve!
