Upside-Down Pizza
- 1 lb. mild Italian sausage
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 (15 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
- 1 can black olives, drained and sliced
- 6 oz. Mozzarella cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. flour
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- Crumble and brown
- sausage.
- Drain. Add onions and cook until transparent. Add
- spaghetti
- sauce,
- mushrooms
- (Itse canned mushrooms at times) and olives.
- Heat and pour into 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
- Evenly
- arrange
- Mozzarella
- cheese over this mixture (slices orthredded).
- Whirl or beat eggs, milk, flour, oil and
- salt
- until
- smooth.
- Pour
- over
- Mozzarella. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 400u0b0 about 25 minutes.
