Ham Biscuits
- 2 pkg. (6) party rolls in foil pan
- 1 pkg. (6) Swiss cheese
- Virginia baked ham, sliced thin from deli
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire
- 2 Tbsp. poppy seed
- 1 Tbsp. grated onion
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- Take rolls as whole unit out of pan.
- Slice horizontally with bread knife and set aside top layer.
- Put bottom layer back in pan. Place ham and cheese on bottom.
- How much you use is optional.
- I usually cover with cheese and build up ham on that.
- Melt butter, mustard, poppy seed, onion and Worcestershire sauce together. Place top of rolls back on pan and cover with mixture.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 25 minutes.
- Do not cover.
- You'll need to cut apart the rolls.
- It's easier before you bake them.
