Picadillo

  1. Saute onions, peppers and garlic in hot oil in skillet until tender.
  2. Add beef.
  3. Cook until browned; stir to crumble.
  4. Drain. Add salt and next 8 ingredients; stir well.
  5. Cover.
  6. Simmer 30 minutes; stir occasionally.
  7. Serve over yellow or white rice.
