Nut Goodie Bar
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
- 1 c. creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 c. margarine, melted
- 1/4 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla pudding mix (not instant)
- 3 c. powdered sugar
- 1/2 to 1 tsp. maple flavoring
- 1 c. salted Spanish peanuts
- Melt chocolate and butterscotch chips and peanut butter. Spread half of this mixture in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch buttered pan.
- Refrigerate until cool.
- Mix melted margarine, milk and pudding mix in pan.
- Bring to boil; remove and add powdered sugar and maple flavoring.
- Beat until smooth.
- Spread onto first layer of cooled chocolate mix.
- Add peanuts to rest of the chocolate mixture.
- Spread this on top of second layer.
- Refrigerate, then cut into small pieces.
