Basic Macaroni And Cheese - Low-Fat

  1. Prepare white sauce while combining Butter Buds, flour, salt and pepper and slowly add skim milk.
  2. Stir with wire whisk until smooth and thickened.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Place 1/2 cooked macaroni in the bottom of a 2-quart casserole dish that has been sprayed with nonfat cooking spray.
  5. Sprinkle with 1/2 onion, salt, pepper and cheese.
  6. Repeat.
  7. Pour sauce over casserole.
  8. Drizzle liquid Butter Buds over top.
  9. Sprinkle remaining cheese over top. Sprinkle stuffing over top.
  10. Cover and bake for 30 minutes at 350u0b0.
  11. Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer.
