Ham Scalloped Spuds

  1. Toss sliced spuds, chopped onions and diced ham in large bowl, mixing well.
  2. Combine flour and seasoning; mix well and toss with spud mixture until evenly distributed.
  3. Spread in large, greased flat pan (9 x 13-inch or 12 x 17-inch).
  4. Pour milk over spuds; cover pan with foil and bake in 350u0b0 oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes, or until spuds are almost fork-tender.
  5. Uncover; bake 10 minutes more.
  6. Remove from oven and sprinkle with grated cheese. Allow to sit 5 minutes to melt cheese; serve.
  7. Makes 12 generous servings.
