Tossed Tuna Salad

  1. Drain tuna.
  2. Slice green pepper into strips.
  3. Slice zucchini into thin rounds.
  4. Cut pimiento into thin strips.
  5. Toss lettuce, tomato, green pepper, zucchini, onion, pimiento and olives. Gently toss in tuna.
  6. Combine mayonnaise, vinegar, oil, paprika and cayenne; blend well.
  7. Pour over salad, tossing to serve. Makes 4 servings.
