Zucchini-Mushroom Frittata

  1. Saute vegetables in oil until zucchini is crisp and tender. Sprinkle in garlic powder.
  2. Cool slightly.
  3. Beat eggs with cream; add cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, bread cubes, salt, pepper and sauteed vegetables.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Pour into well greased 9-inch glass deep dish pie plate.
  6. Bake at 350u0b0 for 50 to 60 minutes or until set in center.
  7. Cool for 10 minutes.
