Hawaiian Chicken Bundles
- 1 c. chopped cooked chicken
- 3/4 c. crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/4 c. chopped toasted almonds
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 (8 oz.) can refrigerated crescent rolls
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seed
- Combine chicken, pineapple, almonds, ginger, garlic powder and mayonnaise.
- Separate dough into 4 rectangles.
- On ungreased baking sheet, press each piece of dough into 8 x 5-inch rectangle. Firmly press perforations to seal.
- Cut each rectangle in half to make squares.
- Place about 1/4 cup chicken mixture in center of each piece of dough.
- Pull 4 corners of dough to top center of chicken mixture.
- Twist ends and seal edges.
- Brush with melted margarine and sprinkle with sesame seed.
- Makes 8 sandwiches.
