Freestyle Kimbab
- 100 g cooked rice
- 1 carrot
- 3 chicken sticks or 3 sausages
- 1 egg
- 1 piece Anjou pear, laver
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon cooked sesame seeds
- 1 pinch sesame oil
- 200 ml vegetable oil
- Peel the carrot and boiled it in the water until half-cooked.
- Cut it into four lenghtwise.
- Beat egg, add a pinch of salt, fry with a little vegetable oil on frying pan.
- Cut lenghtwise.
- Deep fry nuggets or sausage until brown.
- Put a piece of nori on sushi roller mat.
- Add rice on it.
- Press the rice until cover the whole of nori.
- Put carrot, nuggets or sausages, and egg on one side of nori.
- Roll the nori to the other side.
- Press to make it compact.
- Coat with sesame oil.
- Cut it with 5mm width.
- Sprinkle kimbab with sesame seed.
- It's done!
