Chocolate Bonbons

  1. Heat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine chocolate chips and margarine.
  3. Cook over low heat until chips are melted. Add milk; mix well.
  4. In a medium bowl, combine flour, nuts, chocolate mixture and vanilla; mix well.
  5. Shape 1 tablespoon of dough around each candy piece.
  6. Cover completely.
  7. Place 1 inch apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.
  8. Bake for 6 to 8 minutes; do not overbake.
  9. Cookies will be soft and shiny, but will harden as they cool.
