One Skillet Pork Dinner

  1. Prepare pork chops, trimming excess fat.
  2. Dredge chops in Tarragon Flour.
  3. Brown in oil on both sides using medium-high heat.
  4. Pare and slice potatoes thin.
  5. Slice onions thin.
  6. Add water to skillet with browned pork chops; stir well.
  7. Cover and cook on medium-high for 10 minutes.
  8. Add potato slices; cover. Add onion slices, ringed.
  9. Cover and cook, adding water to keep gravy.
  10. Add sliced apples and sugar when almost done.
  11. Total cooking time is approximately 40 minutes.
