Turkey Chow Mein

  1. In large skillet, stir-fry green pepper and celery in butter until tender-crisp.
  2. Combine cornstarch, water and soy sauce; blend into pepper mixture.
  3. Stir in bouillon.
  4. Cook and stir until thickened.
  5. Stir in remaining ingredients except noodles.
  6. Heat thoroughly.
  7. Serve over noodles.
  8. Serves 6.
